What a local representative does?
The YAN local representatives collect information from their country about:
- Grants, awards, national conferences and other interesting opportunities for young acousticians
- Deadlines of the aforementioned issues
- Activities in Acoustics held in the country
- Spread the information about YAN activities in the country (colleagues, universities, acoustic companies, etc.)
- Represent the YAN in national conferences.
- Are the contact point to collect PhD thesis and other documents on acoustics produced in the country.
- Other occasional tasks to support the YAN.
