Petition for an increased EU budget for research and innovation
The Initiative for Science in Europe (ISE) has, in partnership with Euroscience, launched a petition for an increased EU budget for research and innovation. The European Commission recently proposed a budget for the Horizon Europe programme but this petition argues that more is needed for Europe to take the lead.
